Fluxbox doesn’t control the font of external apps such as firefox or k3b. Those fonts are controlled by their related toolkits (gtk, qt,…). Changing fonts in Fluxbox applies only to its toolbar, menus (rootmenu, windowmenu, toolbarmenu, …) and windowtitles.
